Quick Update

Okay, so last night I went ahead and weighed myself. Technically I was supposed to wait until after phase one of this program, which for me would be Saturday... but I couldn't wait anymore. So I've updated my ticker with the progress....I haven't lost alot, but that's okay. It's only been two weeks since I first started, and during those two weeks I've lost 4 lbs, which I think is great because this is the recommended amount of weight that you should lose. Per everything I've ever read, it's best and safest to lose 1-2lbs per week if you intend on keeping it off in the long run. SO, Monday I start phase two of this program, and thats when I should really see the pounds start to fall off. Im really just excited at the idea of getting out of the 200's!!!! I only have about 5 more pounds to get me there!!
